Building a Stronger Southern Nevada, Together
Southern Nevada Strong (SNS) is a collaborative regional planning initiative dedicated to shaping a stronger, more connected, and sustainable future for Southern Nevada. Originally launched in 2015, SNS was developed to address the region’s challenges by improving economic competitiveness, fostering vibrant and complete communities, enhancing transportation options, and strengthening regional collaboration.
SNS is led by the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) in partnership with local governments, businesses, community organizations, and residents. By working together, we can develop a roadmap that ensures smart growth, economic opportunity, and a high quality of life for future generations.
A Vision for Growth
The 2015 Regional Plan (14MB PDF) outlined a vision for a stronger Southern Nevada by focusing on economic growth, complete communities, better transportation, and regional collaboration.
